Privacy policy

Your name, email, phone number and shipping address, so we can make and deliver your order. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password — never the password itself.

We keep a record of your orders, your wishlist and the addresses you choose to save.

Card numbers, UPI IDs and bank credentials never reach our servers. Payments are processed entirely by Razorpay, and we receive only a payment reference and a success or failure result.

To print, pack and deliver your order, to send you order updates, and to answer your questions. We share your name, address and phone number with the courier because a parcel cannot be delivered otherwise.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Write to 5sfactory@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We keep order records as long as tax law requires, even after an account is closed.
