Shipping & delivery
Every piece is printed to order, so dispatch time depends on the print itself. Here is exactly what to expect.
Dispatch time
Most orders leave the studio in 3–5 working days. Larger sculpts, multi-part dioramas and hand-painted pieces can take 7–10 working days, and the product page tells you which applies before you buy.
Custom and personalised orders start only after we confirm the artwork with you over email or WhatsApp. That confirmation step is usually same-day.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above the threshold shown in your bag. Below it, a flat fee applies anywhere in India.
We ship with tracked couriers — Delhivery, Blue Dart or India Post depending on the pin code. Tracking reaches you by email as soon as the parcel is handed over.
Packing
Resin and PLA sculptures are brittle at thin sections, so every order is foam-cradled and double-boxed. Fragile pieces get an extra rigid insert around spears, flutes, wings and other delicate parts.
If something arrives damaged
Photograph the parcel before you fully unpack it and email us within 48 hours at 5sfactory@gmail.com. We reprint or refund — no argument, no return shipping for you to arrange.
