Terms of service

An order is confirmed once payment is captured. We may cancel and refund an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot deliver to the address given.

All prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of GST. A GST invoice accompanies every order. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed.

Because items are produced after you order, slight variation between pieces is normal and is not a defect. Hand-painted finishes in particular differ a little from piece to piece, and from the photographs on the site.

When you send us a file to print, you confirm you have the right to reproduce that model. We decline requests that would infringe someone else's copyright.

Our own sculpts, photographs and site content remain our property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Decorative pieces are not toys and are not intended for children under three.
